Vickers hardness tester is a high-tech opto mechatronics product with small screen . This device adopts unique and precise design in mechanical, optical and light source, which makes indentation imaging clearer and measurement more accurate. The new LCD display is adopted. The operation interface adopts menu structure. The hardness scale HV or HK can be selected on the operation panel. The hardness value tested can be calculated and displayed automatically. Various hardness values can be converted to each other. The machine is equipped with 10x digital display measuring microscope and 20x or 40x objective lens, which can participate in the measurement, so that the measurement range is larger and the application range is wider. The test method, test force, indentation length, hardness value, test force holding time, measurement times, date, time, hardness conversion value and other functions can be displayed on the screen. It has the functions of scale conversion, storage, etc., the automatic conversion of the indenter and the objective lens, accurate positioning and higher efficiency, and has a threaded interface for connecting the digital camera and the CCD camera, which is convenient to select computer software for analysis and measurement.
