Product introduction
This product adopts unique and precise design in mechanical, optical and light source to make indentation imaging clearer and measurement more accurate. The new LCD display screen is adopted. The operation interface adopts menu structure. The hardness scale HV or HK can be selected on the operation panel. The hardness value tested can be calculated and displayed automatically. Various hardness values can be converted to each other. The machine is equipped with 10 times digital display measuring microscope and 40 times objective lens, which can participate in the measurement, so that the measurement range is larger and the application range is wider. On the screen, the test method, test force, indentation length, hardness value, test force holding time, measurement times, date, time, hardness conversion value and other functions can be displayed. It has the functions of scale conversion, storage, printing and RS232 interface. The automatic conversion and positioning of the indenter and the objective lens are accurate and more efficient. It also has a threaded interface for connecting the digital camera and the CCD camera, which is convenient for selecting the computer and hardness analysis and measurement software.
