Description

Introduction

During the metallographic sample preparation, the cutting of materials is the first process. In order to cut ideal samples in a safe state, the cutting machine uses a high-speed rotating thin-sheet reinforced grinding wheel to cut samples. The JMC-3-T type cutting machine is suitable for cutting general metallographic and petrographic materials. In order to ensure the cutting in an absolutely safe state, the machine adopts a fully enclosed double casing structure and a quick clamping device, and it is equipped with cooling water tank can recycle the configured coolant. In order to prolong the service life of the equipment and the convenience of operation and maintenance, the main parts such as the grinding wheel bushing, jaws and work surface of the machine are made of stainless steel.
